Asian Wire Products Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer of steel products, particularly of nail, barbed wire and black wire. The products can be categorized as follows:-

  Nail 

The company produces nail up to a capacity of 100,000 tons per year. The production is completed by the machinery from Tanisaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. of Japan with the following sizes:-

  1 x 16 , 1 x 7 , 1 1/2 x 14 , 1 3/4 x 13 , 2 x 13 , 21/2 x 12 , 3 x 8 , 3 x 10 , 4 x 7 , 5 x 5

 Umbrella Nail 

The company also produces umbrella nail up to a total capacity of 1,000 tons annually. The production is completed by using machinery from Tanisaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. of Japan. The products are of the following sizes:-

  1 3/4 x 13 , 2 x 12

 Black Wire 

The company produces black wire up to a total capacity of 50,000 tons per year with the machinery from M.F.L. SA of Italy. Each manufactured black wire has a diameter of 1.25 mm.

 Drawing Wire 

The company manufactures drawing wire up to a total production capacity of 360,000 tons per year with the machinery from Tanisaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. of Japan and M.F.L. SA of Italy. These manufactured drawing wires range from the diameter of 1 mm to 4.83 mm.

 C-Channel 

The company produces C Channel up to a total capacity of 80,000 tons per year with the machinery from Tanisaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. of Japan. Each manufactured C channel is of the following sizes:-

  75 X 40 X 15 X 2.3 millimeter
  75 X 40 X 15 X 3.2 millimeter
  100 X 50 X 20 X 2.3 millimeter
  100 X 50 X 20 X 3.2 millimeter
  150 X 50 X 20 X 3.2 millimeter
  150 X 75 X 20 X 3.2 millimeter

 GI. Wire 


The company manufactures GI wire up to a total capacity of 10,000 tons per year by using the machinery from Tanisaka Iron Works Co., Ltd of Japan. Each manufactured G.I. wire has a diameter ranging from 0.88 - 4.83 mm.

 Barbed wire 

The company also manufactures barbed wire up to a total production capacity of 3,000 tons per year. The production technology used is from Tanisaka Iron Works Co., Ltd. of Japan.
